Second day, Friday…another long days walking after overnight storms (not that I heard the rain…snoozing well ) and up and about early, starting with a walk along Broadway
(my main route back and forth!) to the Lincoln Centre, home to New York Ballet and theatre,http://new.lincolncenter.org/live/ then along Broadway to the iconic (loads of them around!) 
Times Square, Rockefeller Centre, New York Public library http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_Public_Library ,then it was lunch with Joe in Grand Central Station, and a visit to his office
…before a trip up to the 120th floor of the Empire State Building, for a fabulous view of New York, and all compass points around
…then another ‘gentle’ stroll back through Central Park…to collapse at home !
And I’ve missed out loads of sights,sounds,smells…more to come !
